Julie A. Cox

Is a full bench smith, having worked extensively with both silver and gold for over 17 years. She was the proprietor of Julz Gemz & Fine Designz located in La Jolla, California for nine years. It was there she produced one of a kind product in yellow & white gold as well as in silver. After a few years of private design she took up bench work again at K’s Tumblecraft in El Cajon. There she worked again with silver and gold as well as teaching beginning, intermediate and advanced silver smithing. Julie’s training has been sitting at the elbow of more experienced Bench Jewelers; she has taken that training and compounded it by utilizing her engineering skills and creativity.

Nancy Cox

Is a self taught beader. She has a background in water color painting and has a keen eye for unusual color and texture combinations. Her presence in the beading world for the last two years has produced some amazing product. She takes pride in providing quality gemstone and silver works. Nancy has combined forces with Chuck Smiley; unearthed from this coupling are remarkable one of a kind quality creations. The combination of silver, earth-born materials and gemstones come together to combine the very essence of wearable art.
