Purchasing Policies

Personal information, such as your name, credit card number(s) and address/phone numbers, are never stored online, temporary storage is handled off-line and is deleted after the minimum period required by credit card processors.

When paying for a purchase by credit card, we are required, for credit verification and fraud protection reasons, to prompt you for your name, billing address, credit card number and expiration date, phone number and e-mail address. J&N Jewelry’s Gold Exchange shares your personal information only with my credit card processor so that we may validate your credit and protect ourselves against fraud. This information is encrypted to protect your privacy. We encourage you to speak with your credit card issuer to find out what additional policies they have in place to protect your personal information.

In cases where J&N Jewelry’s Gold Exchange has been the victim of credit card fraud, information will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities and legal action will be pursued.

Shipping

Domestic orders will be shipped within five (5) working days after receipt of payment in full. Confirmation of shipping will be sent via email.

INTERNATIONAL shipping costs and insurance will be calculated upon receipt of your zip or postal code or province ID. International orders will be shipped within five (5) working days after receipt of payment in full. Confirmation of shipping will be sent via email.

In the course of shipping your order, we will only share your name and shipping address with an intermediary such as Federal Express, UPS or the U. S. postal service.

Return Policies

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.

Returning Your Order

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s)

1.   Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.

2.   Print the Return Form and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the package.

Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, return form and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
